friendly staff welcome note

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was great, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. i also liked the personal handwritten welcome note in my room. It was a lovely touch.

the room was small. i also noticed there was only one suitcase rack available, made organising my belongings a little challenging

The room was clean. It was well equipped with a modern shower. Breakfast offered good variety of food. Staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is near most tourist sites. It is in a great walking area.

The air conditioning has a bad setting. It was hard to tell if it was on or off.

The reception staff were all helpful and informative! i liked the interior design of the entire place. the location was really convenient. Everything was so close, great!

The air conditioning settings were a bit confusing. I wasn't sure if it was on or off, so the room got quite warm at times.
